Counsel – Vincent Ramonéda

Vincent Ramonéda is a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.

His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets, private equity as well as restructuring, both in France and internationally. He also practices litigation, corporate law and securities law.

He is a graduate of ESCP-Europe (class of 2012) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (Master 2 OFIS and Master 2 Droit Financier – 2013 and 2014). In 2023, he obtained a doctorate in private law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. His thesis, entitled “Minority Shareholders and Capital Transactions in Listed Companies” and published in March 2025, has received several awards (1st prize for thesis AEDBF-France 2024; 1st prize for thesis Entreprise-Contrats from the Association Française des Docteurs en Droit).

He is also a lecturer in private law at the University of Rouen Normandy since September 2025
